Nemberala Tourist Village is situated on the edge of the beach including Southwest Rote district. The village is quite densely populated with form most of the existing houses and tin-roofed berplester, only some of which still use bebak and thatched roof. On the face of residents in this village including berkecupan when compared with the previous several villages we passed, according to Mr Thomas, the welfare of the people here are supported by the commodity grown seaweed along the coast Nemberala surfing. Along the roads and also around the house residents are towering palm trees and the leaves move closer together so calm most of the village. In the afternoon, several people, mostly middle-aged women seen combing the shore armed with sacks or baskets made from homemade on the shoulder straps. With their thorough search for and pick up the pieces of seaweed that the waves washed up to shore. If a bag or basket full of them, then they headed home to dry the seaweed.

The Nembrala is an another great surf beach on the island of Rote Kupang-NTT Indonesia.The nembrala beach is well known for surfing.
